AI
AI and machine learning are changing finance by analyzing data and making predictions. This helps with risk assessment and fraud detection. AI chatbots and virtual assistants improve customer service. These technologies make finance easier, faster, and more personalized, changing how we handle money and take control of our financial future.
Does This Even Matter?
Someone with basic knowledge can quickly start an online accounting business and get many clients. Technology changes Business and finance, so pay attention to automated investing sites. Even if you're a financial advisor or portfolio manager who thinks they know everything, keep an eye out. I'm not saying that trading bots or investing software are better than humans, but they can help people work faster and more efficiently. Hours of research can now be done in minutes. One of our sponsors now has new trading technology that competes with brokerages.
Blending Algo Trading & Human IQ
I’ve put together a list of rules I like to reiterate.
While technology can be dependable, mindlessly relying on bot technology is not advisable. I will only follow our Genie bot's trades if they align with my strategy.
By human nature, we feel eagerness, FOMO, caution, and other feelings the bot does not feel. If your emotional well-being is off, then your execution will be lost.
Combining algorithms with human judgment enhances risk assessment and management, promoting well-informed decisions.
For example, if you wanted to buy 4400s, you should have sat on your hands this week and last. Today at 4400s, we sound a decent 25-point bounce, which would have equaled a winning trade.
You avoided the chop.
You avoided losses
You were able to accomplish emotional stability.
Shout out to the Genie bot for a great alert mid-week.

Consultations will be available at our online store in the coming weeks! If you haven’t done so, view the store below.
Trading Notes
$/ES - I am looking to long 4350-60s with sops under 4340s. In a perfect world, we open with a gap down, the majority load on puts, and we rip to the upside. Afterward, if we were to retest 4430-40, I would look to short this level. These are day trading plans.
$TSLA - Calls at 200s would be a nice entry. Expire would be for October. $TSLA may need a little more time to develop the price action characteristics I am looking for.
Key dates to know:
$NVDA August 23rd. Let’s see if we have a few down days before their earnings
FOMC September 19th,20th
$TSLA earnings October 17th

/ES mini Levels are for September contracts. I trade/ES mini futures for new readers, but these numbers correlate to the $SPY and $SPX index. If you want to learn more about how I integrate futures trading and options trading, read The Power of $SPY
